When I started yoga, it was for exercise
Favorite posture and why?
Trikonasana – triangle pose! I love the subtle strength it requires and all the straight lines!
Why do you currently practice this yoga?
To connect my body to my mind
What do you love about teaching this yoga?
Making a difference in someone’s life. Helping them find spaciousness, strength, and emotional release.
Two things people don’t know about you?
When I was growing up, I had a llama named Canola Oil. I also was a competitive Scottish Highland dancer.
