What year did you first start practicing yoga?
2008 it took me a whole year to use a 10 class card! 2009 I signed up for autopay and practiced 10 times a month
Was there any particular reason you started practicing yoga?
To heal and prevent running injuries
Favorite posture and why?
Backbend: helps me correct my slouchy habits and feels good to stretch my front body
Why do you currently practice this yoga?
I love to move my body! Circulation for my poor little concrete legs. Yoga inspires me to take good care of myself outside of the yoga room and provides mental and emotional calmness
What do you love about teaching yoga?
Witnessing students progress through determination, perseverance. It is a beautiful thing

I love chocolate and running
