Studio Info
Located off Nicholasville road just inside new circle. This location houses one large hot yoga room with hypoallergenic Fuji Mat flooring. Our amenities include changing rooms with showers and cubbies (SHY is not responsible for personal items). The studio also features a retail boutique showcasing men’s and women’s active wear and accessories.
Parking
Free parking in our large lot is available during our business hours.
Hours
We are always open 30 minutes before and after each class.
Fun Fact
Lexington is Sterling Hot Yoga Works studio #1 opened in May 2007.
