50 hours of preparatory work including:
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- General anatomy and yoga anatomy work
- Teaching homework
- Required and optional reading
A minimum of 100 hours of class room time including
- 20 hours professional skills development
- 40 hour posture analysis
- 40 hours of coaching and gaining teaching skills
- 75 hours of hot yoga practice
A minimum of six hours of on-the-podium teaching including:
- At least three full classes
- Observation from the front of the practice room
- Round robin teaching 3-4 postures several times a week
- Comprehensive, positive and useful feedback
